Jp2g provided mechanical and electrical building services design for this new 44,000 ft2 office/warehouse building including approximately 10,000 ft2 of open and enclosed office areas over two floors.
Jp2g prepared a complete set of tender drawings and provided construction administration services. Unique elements of the building included the rapid construction tilt-up wall panel assemblies and the fully glazed front stair with indirect fluorescent lighting which served as an architectural feature.
