St. Mark High School Addition and Renovation

Jp2g provided mechanical, electrical, and civil engineering services for a two-storey, 11,000ft² addition to St. Mark High School in Manotick. 

The project was completed in two phases. In Phase 1, Jp2g was commissioned to update existing mechanical and electrical systems in order to retrofit lab gas piping and upgrade the air conditioning in the computer and teacher work rooms. 

During the Phase 2 addition, Jp2g designed the site grading, structural elements, plumbing, fire protection, HVAC, DDC controls, power, lighting, public address, security, and fire alarm systems.

For both phases of the project, the Jp2g team prepared documents for tender, provided technical assistance through the tender period, provided contract administration services, and performed post-construction warranty reviews.
