The Pembroke Street West project included the reconstruction of a 0.7km section of major arterial road from Forced Road to Trafalgar Road in the West end of the City of Pembroke. Construction included the installation of new storm sewers, watermains and upgrades to the sanitary sewer system. The roadway was upgraded with new curbs, sidewalk and asphalt surfaces.
